Dromore Company £million investment

UPU Industries Ltd, who manufacture plastic netting for the agricultural sector have announced a new investment at their manufacturing plant based in Dromore, Co. Down.
The local family owned business started by Mr Steve Orr commenced operations in Dromore during 1996 and operates a 2004 constructed $ 15 Million US facility based in Junction City, Kansas.

The company have received two Queen’s awards for Technical innovation and International Sales and have become one of the leading agricultural netting companies in the World exporting to in excess of 40 countries.

The announcement today in Dromore attended by local MP The Rt. Hon. Jeffery Donaldson marked what has been consistent growth for the family owned Northern Ireland Company. Further images at commercial photography.
